Our founder, Ayan Ghosh, began his professional journey in 2025 by studying Data Analytics, Dashboard Development, Business Intelligence, and AI-driven predictive solutions. What started as a pursuit of technical expertise soon evolved into a deeper understanding of how businesses operate and grow.
After completing his training, Ayan joined a private company where he was entrusted with building and organizing key digital operations from the ground up. Working in an environment with limited systems, unstructured data, and no centralized business intelligence framework, he gained firsthand experience in designing workflows, creating dashboards, monitoring performance, and transforming raw data into actionable insights.
This exposure revealed a crucial truth: successful businesses do not rely solely on intuition—they rely on systems, processes, and data-driven decision-making.
The journey, however, was far from easy. Challenging workplace experiences, professional setbacks, and moments of uncertainty tested his confidence and resilience. Yet those difficulties ultimately strengthened his determination. With little more than a laptop, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to continuous learning, Ayan founded Trustlytics Consulting. As he interacted with business owners across different industries, he discovered a common challenge: many organizations were making critical decisions based on assumptions rather than reliable business data.
